Return Window
• We accept returns within 14 days from the date of purchase & for online, date of delivery.
How to Request a Return
For online orders, please follow these steps:
1. Email Us: Send an email to theallinboutique@gmail.com with the following information:
• Your Order Number
• Reason for Return
• Clear Photos of the product(s) you wish to return
2. Await Approval: Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you if your return is approved.
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Store Credit
• Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will issue store credit for the approved product(s).
• Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed after we receive it.
Additional Notes
• Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached.
• Sale items at 15% off or more are non-refundable
•Accessories, final sale items, and orders after the 14 day period are not eligible for return or credit
